We visited Mark Twain's boyhood home

 in Hannibal, MO with the Carters.

We enjoyed browsing the museum.

Elder Heaton at the Brickyard. Remember the little pig that built his house of bricks? Ah, Ha!! They are the homes that lasted.

        Elder Heaton also is the chief repairman of the pug machine that mixes the brick formula.
